A production machine runs without monitoring. An installation partner mounts CHESTER, a HARDWARIO device that can carry your brand, and sets it up from his phone in the HARDWARIO Manager app over Bluetooth. CHESTER sends its data over LTE-M or NB-IoT through the cell tower to HARDWARIO Cloud, the middleware, and on to the dashboard web app, which shows it arriving. The motor starts to fail: the dashboard raises an alert, and the alert reaches the operations manager on her phone. She calls the service technician, who fixes the machine, and the dashboard is green again. Select the scene to pause or resume the animation.

How we work
Designed, tested and made in Europe
Our engineers design the electronics, firmware and cloud. We take each device from the first prototype to series production, and every unit leaves with a test record under its serial number.
Our workshop is in Liberec, in the north of the Czech Republic, close to Germany and Poland.
