CHESTER Push provides 4 industrial push buttons with wireless connectivity (NB-IoT/LTE-M/LoRaWAN). It is designed for instant messaging when pressed - ideal for ANDON systems in production.
Applications: notification systems in manufacturing, emergency buttons in buildings, signaling maintenance needs, etc.
On the front of the device are four durable buttons with LED indications for immediate feedback to the user. Actions can be marked with a customizable printed enclosure.
You can operate the device in two modes. The first distinguishes between the short and long press and the second works as a state switch.
The device runs from the mains with a backup battery and, immediately after pressing, transfers data over cellular networks (NB-IoT/LTE-M) or public/private LoRaWAN networks.
Use the HARDWARIO Manager iOS/Android app to set the behavior of each input and integrate its data from HARDWARIO Cloud.
You can utilize CHESTER Push as an ANDON system and thus enable your workers to instantly report production line problems.
