CHESTER Clime IAQ

CHESTER Clime IAQ is a configurable indoor air quality sensor with wireless connectivity (NB-IoT/LTE-M/LoRaWAN). It measures temperature, humidity, and CO₂ concentration, enabling effective monitoring and control of indoor air quality.

Typical use cases

In plastics production, conveyors are often used for granulation, where the granulate is transferred through a pipe directly from the hopper. In this case, a scale can be placed under the hopper and monitored to see precisely how the material in the hopper is decreasing.

In production, it is also possible to weigh crates of products or entire pallets. This makes it possible to identify whether all products are on the pallet or if any are missing. Thanks to continuous measurement, predicting when the pallet is full and needs to be replaced with an empty one is possible. For example, this method is also used when packaging various products with many smaller components.

Another use of the HARDWARIO CHESTER Scale is weighing gas cylinders. Even if the cylinder is heavy, regular measurements can show differences in filling loss. This makes it possible to predict when the cylinder will be empty and must be replaced.
